LARK HILL MR. V
40% Marsanne, 30% Roussane, 30% Viognier from our Dark Horse Vineyard in Murrumbatement. The 3 components were harvested spearately and vinified differently - the Marsanne skin-fermented, the Viognier tank fermented and the Roussanne fermented in 5-10 year old French oak. The blend combines these 3 to give structure, complexity and a rich palate. Perfect with rich white meat like roast pork or barramundi, or a creamy pasta dish.
