On the palate
Fresh pear & lifted floral notes
Hand harvested fruit was de-stemmed and pressed to stainless steel. After clarification it was inoculated with a cultured aromatic yeast. The ferment was long and cool. Post fermentation a small amount of light lees stirring occurred. The wine was then stabilised, fined and filtered prior to bottling.
