TEMPUS TWO PLATINUM PINOT NOIR 2017
Cool climate fruit from the Adelaide Hills were used in the making of this Pinot Noir. The grapes were harvested at night, crushed, and de-stemmed where the fruit was cold soaked before fermentation. The wine was minimalistically handled, ensuring it retained the intense fruit aromas and flavours typical of cool climate Pinot Noir.
Lifted red berry fruit aromas of raspberries and cherries combine with subtle hints of oak spice and toast.
The vibrant cherry-like fruit flavours extend onto the palate, complemented by the toasted French oak influence creating a mid-palate weight that is not only fresh and bright, but has wonderfully firm tannin structure and persistent length.
